Initial Consultation

Liberty Home Finders offers a free, no-obligation initial consultation.

Buying a new home is very exciting but it can also be a daunting and stressful time. We aim to take away much of the burden, help you find your dream home and make your move a pleasurable experience.

Once you are ready to proceed, we will pinpoint your requirements, ensuring that we understand exactly what will make your perfect home.

The Property Search

We start work for you immediately we have your instructions, using local contacts and a wide variety of sources to locate suitable properties, both on and off the open market.

Reports

We will keep you informed about the progress of the search at all times. We visit properties that match your requirements, draw up recommendations and take photos. If required, we will also produce a report about the neighbourhood and include any information that is important to you.

Property Viewing

After helping you to choose the properties to visit, we will make the necessary arrangements and accompany you on viewings.

Making your offer and securing your new home

Once you have chosen your ideal property, we will negotiate on your behalf if you wish.

And we will continue to help manage the entire buying process.

Other Services

We can provide a one-off property inspection service if you have located a house yourself and would like us to check it out for you. If the property proves unsuitable and you then decide to use our full services, we will deduct the inspection fee from our success fee.

Liberty Home Finders can also arrange to provide you with a wide range of other services as and when required to make your home purchase as smooth and easy as possible.
