Our Fees
Registration Fee£750 is payable on registration
The property search registration fee is non-refundable but will be
deducted from the Success Fee
1.25% of the purchase price or 15% of the discount on the documented original purchase price that Liberty Home Finders negotiates on your behalf - whichever is higher.
In the case of rental property, the Success Fee is one month's rent.
The Success Fee is payable on exchange of contracts.
Minimum Fees
Minimum fees are £5,000 for a home purchase and £2,000 for rental
